Long distance rescue

Charry Hidalgo Akahoshi is the founder of Care for Paws Sanctuary. She has a soft spot for abandoned and abused Dogs and Cats. She is proud to be a lifetime fur-mom.

Care for Paws Sanctuary is located in Brgy. Pulong Saging, Silang, Cavite and was established in July 2016 after Charry realized that rescuing Dogs and Cats was not enough to save them.

With the help of volunteers and donors, they have since rescued about 150 animals and have transferred them to the shelter. Charry supports the sanctuary while living in Japan.
