Philhealth number, required na sa COVID vaccination

Sinabi ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) na dapat malaman ng mga Pilipino at ihanda ang kanilang PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) dahil kinakailangan na ito bago matanggap ang bakunang coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

“In order to avoid delays and problems during vaccination, we encourage our members to know and keep their PIN,” sinabi ni PhilHealth President and CEO Dante A. Gierran sa isang pahayag nitong Martes, Marso 30.

Idinagdag niya na “for those who do not know their PIN or not yet registered with PhilHealth, they should coordinate with any PhilHealth office or call us so we can provide them their PIN or facilitate their registration.”

Ang Department of Health (DOH) sa Department Memorandum 2021-0099 na pinamagatang “Interim Omnibus Guidelines for the Implementation of the National Vaccine Deployment Plan for COVID-19” ay nagsasaad bukod sa iba pa, na ang lahat ng mga potensyal na tatanggap ng bakuna ay kailangang irehistro gamit ang mga natatanging pagkakakilanlan at isa na rito ay ang PIN ng bakuna. Sinabi ng State Agency na maaaring ma-verify ng mga miyembro ang kanilang PIN sa alinman sa mga sumusunod: sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa (02) 8441-7442 (oras ng opisina lamang) o pagpapadala ng isang SMS sa 0921-630-0009 gamit ang format na “PHIC callback PIN VERIF <space> Mobile Number or Metro Manila Landline <dash> Details of your Concern.”

Maaari ring bisitahin ng mga miyembro ang anumang Local Health

Insurance Office o PhilHealth Express na malapit sa kanila.

Para sa mga hindi pa nakarehistro, sinabi ng PhilHealth, ang mga miyembro ay kailangang punan ang PhilHealth Member Form Form o PMRF na maaaring ma-download mula sa https://www. philhealth.gov.ph/ downloads / membership / pmrf_012020.pdf.

Ang napunan na PMRF (sa format na pdf o jpeg), kasama ang na-scan na kopya o malinaw na larawan ng alinman sa mga valid ID ng miyembro, ay maaaring maipadala sa actioncenter@philhealth. gov.ph (na subject: “Register <space> Name <space> City/Province, Region”). “Upon processing, their assigned PIN will be sent to the email address they have indicated in the PMRF,” sinabi ng Philhealth.
