Anya Hospitality Group expands portfolio

Anya Hospitality Group (AHG) has expanded its portfolio of managed properties, with two new destinations set to captivate tourists and offer the ultimate getaway experience that highlights the natural attractions of the Philippines.

AHG has taken on a consultancy role for the pre-launch of Reside Siargao and Brio de Agoho in Candelaria, Zambales, and will be expanding its role to include hospitality management along with revenue management and distribution services for both properties once operational by 2024.

Located in the country’s surfing capital, Reside Siargao is positioned as a midscale property providing access to quality services to conscious travellers, ensuring full enjoyment of the relaxed tropical lifestyle. Its Phase 1 building will hold 15 rooms, a co-working space in the lobby, and a rooftop bar to unwind. Phase 2 will offer six spacious accommodations each with a balcony with a sea view.

Brio de Agoho, an endless escape up north in Candelaria, Zambales is a beachfront resort hotel boasting 80 hotel rooms and 15 private villas, providing guests with the exclusivity of having their own private pool. Inspired by the homey vibe of the Filipino bahay-kubo and integrated with AHG’S Filipino standard of service, this haven for sunset enthusiasts is perfect for family outings or corporate events.

“Extending the support to any size of your hospitality venture complements the flexibility of AHG in expanding our portfolio,” said managing director Juan Roca.

“While the initial stages of any project development would always include challenges, it is exciting to see these properties’ progress and how our owners' vision slowly come to life with AHG'S stamp of brand standards," added business development manager Cindy Castro.
